Ladies, determining your protein requirement is as simple as 1,2,3:

1. Find your weight down the left side of the table and your height across the top.

2. Move across the table from the left along the row corresponding to your weight and down the table from the top in the column corresponding to your height.

3. Where the row and column meet, you will have found a number that is your protein requirement per meal in grams.
