This course is comprised of 7 lessons to help you learn and practice memory improvement techniques for remembering names and faces. Each lesson has a narrative section presenting new material on memory improvement techniques, as well as examples and discussion of each of the techniques. The narrative is followed by a quiz to help you review the material you learned. Each lesson concludes with a test, providing you with an opportunity to apply the techniques you have learned.

Returning to previously completed lessons may be done at any time.
